GCC Offers PolyFine as one of the finest range of One pack Lubricants. PolyFine is a lubricant system specially developed for rigid PVC application like PVC pipes, Profiles, Pressure Pipes, Non Pressure Pipes etc. It is suitable for both COMMERCIAL RPVC PIPES containing higher filler levels (25 to 40 phr. Filler level) and ISI/PR ESSURE PIPES containing 8 to 14 phr. Filler level).

We are offering the high quality One Pack Lubricant for use in commercial and industrial applications. They are made available by us in easy to store and transport packaging. The packaging helps in keeping it safe and secure from outside environment. The lubricant offered provides better productivity of compounding for problem free extrusion. It is offered by us in white color and in powder form. It may also have the function of transmitting forces, transporting foreign particles, or heating or cooling the surfaces. The offered One Pack Lubricant makes the reduce inventory and simplify inventory control.

 Polyfine wax is suitable for both Single Screw and Twin Screw Extruders

PolyFine Range of One Pack Lubricant has various grades with Melting Point starting from 60 Degree Centigrade to 110 degree Centigrade. Lubricating performance is greatly enhanced by replacing Polyethylene Wax, H.C wax, Paraffin wax , Stearic Acid and other lubricating waxes.

USE LEVEL : 1.7 to 2.3 phr. For COMMERCIAL PIPES* 
0.7 to 1.0 phr. For ISI /PRESSURE PIPES.
